Saving Grace Vintage - 212 N Main Street, Roanoke, IN 46783
About the shop:
Saving Grace Vintage grew out of my love for my small town, my family and all things vintage.  I started by looking for vintage treasures at garage sales, estate sales, you name it.  Painting and "restyling" old pieces and bringing life to what might otherwise be forgotten or discarded became my passion!

Saving Grace Vintage was originally located in a cute little cabin in our backyard in Whitley County.  We quickly outgrew the little cabin and moved to a space in Emiley's Haute Cottage in Fort Wayne.

In May 2014 we moved Saving Grace Vintage into a beautiful vintage home on West Berry Street in the West Central
neighborhood of downtown Fort Wayne, IN.

Five and a half years later we outgrew both the shop on Berry Street and the Studio space we had added on Fulton Street.  We found the perfect combined in the nearby village of Roanoke, IN.

Saving Grace Vintage relocated to downtown Roanoke at 212 N Main Street.  Our shop and studio are now all under one roof.  We are excited to be able to expand our furniture painting workshop schedule as well as our retail shop hours.

Our hours are:
Wednesday     10am to 7pm
Thursday         10am to 7pm
Friday               10am to 9pm
Saturday         10am to 9pm

About the "Owner ~ Picker ~ Painter":

My name is Pam Kessie. My husband Tom and I will celebrate40 years of marriage in December 2019.  We have two sons and four grandchildren.   Our oldest son, Zach and his wife Beth have three children, Riley, Katelyn and Connor and live in the area.  Our youngest son, Greg and his wife Candis live in Indianapolis and recently welcomed our new granddaughter, Amelia Grace to the Kessie family.  We are beyond blessed to have our children, grandchildren and my parents close to us.

My life journey has taken me down many paths.  First, a stay at home mom, owner of my first business Aerobics N' Such (hey don't laugh it was the 80's) followed by time working at our local elementary school while the boys were young.  I have had two careers that I loved, each lasting over 10 years.  My first, was with the Longaberger Company.  (And yes...I still have lots of baskets)  My second, an 11 year career with Starbucks Coffee as a district manager having stores in the Fort Wayne, South Bend, Lafayette and Kokomo areas.  I retired early in July of 2012 to spend more time with my grandchildren, my family, and my Saving Grace business.

Thanks for visiting my website !
                       :-)  Pam
